The first section of roadway took them to St Albans Road and then through some windy roads to Old Settlers Road. Another successful cruise organised by the guys at Queen Street Racing occurred on the 31st May, 2009. The cruise started off as usual with everyone meeting up and cruising down to Wollongong. The day started off nice until light rain was seen near the lighthouse meet point. Luckily the rain passed and the cruise continued with the windows down and the systems up.

In the modifiers world, not much exposure is welcomed by the main stream public. We get bad publicity for either street racing or “hooning”, but sometimes people welcome a gathering of cars. This was the case on Saturday 18th April, 2009, when approximately 550 cars gathered at the Blacktown Drive-In cinemas in Sydney’s west for a screening of the much anticipated new edition in the Fast and Furious saga.
